A working day · Pacific US time

10:30–11:30 pm Pacific US

6:30–7:30 am, next day in London · 3:30–4:30 pm, next day in Japan

No hour fits everyone’s hours. At the closest fit, Pacific US stays 5½ hours late, and London starts 30 minutes early.

Works Mon–Thu, when everyone is on a working day.

How it works

What counts as a good time?

The whole meeting has to sit inside everyone’s hours on their own clock: a working day, 9 am to 6 pm, unless you choose other hours.

What if there’s no hour that suits everyone?

Then Meridian picks the closest fit and says who has to start early or stay late. For a meeting every week, it says whether taking turns would be fairer.

Does it know about clock changes and weekends?

Yes. Every answer is for today’s clocks, and when weekends differ, as between New York and Tel Aviv, it says which days work.
