A working day · Mountain US time

6:30–7:30 pm Mountain US

7–8 am, next day in India · 9:30–10:30 am, next day in Philippines

No hour fits everyone’s hours. At the closest fit, Mountain US stays 3½ hours late, and India starts 2 hours early.

Works Mon–Thu, when everyone is on a working day.

Meeting every week?
Taking turns is fairer: rotate between 7 am, 6 pm and 9 pm Mountain US time, a different one each week.

How it works

What counts as a good time?

The whole meeting has to sit inside everyone’s hours on their own clock: a working day, 9 am to 6 pm, unless you choose other hours.

What if there’s no hour that suits everyone?

Then Meridian picks the closest fit and says who has to start early or stay late. For a meeting every week, it says whether taking turns would be fairer.

Does it know about clock changes and weekends?

Yes. Every answer is for today’s clocks, and when weekends differ, as between New York and Tel Aviv, it says which days work.
