Meeting planner: the best time to meet across time zones
The hour that works in every city.

6–7 pm in Tokyo
No hour fits everyone’s hours. At the closest fit, Berlin starts an hour early, and Tokyo stays an hour late.

- Meeting every week?
- One fixed time is fairest. Taking turns wouldn’t share the early starts and late finishes any better.

How it works
What counts as a good time?
The whole meeting has to sit inside everyone’s hours on their own clock: a working day, 9 am to 6 pm, unless you choose other hours.
What if there’s no hour that suits everyone?
Then Meridian picks the closest fit and says who has to start early or stay late. For a meeting every week, it says whether taking turns would be fairer.
Does it know about clock changes and weekends?
Yes. Every answer is for today’s clocks, and when weekends differ, as between New York and Tel Aviv, it says which days work.
