Who changes

Every EU country, plus Norway and Switzerland, changes at the same moment, 1 am UTC, the same moment as the UK. Paris, Berlin, Madrid, Rome and Amsterdam all change at the same local time. Clocks go forward on the last Sunday in March and back on the last Sunday in October.

In 2019 the European Parliament voted to stop changing the clocks, but EU governments never agreed how, so the changes go on.
