Terms of service

Last updated: November 3, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Meridian Clock (“we”, “us”) about using meridian-clock.com and Meridian Clock’s apps, extensions and add-ins (together, “Meridian”). By using Meridian or signing in, you agree to them. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.

Using Meridian

You can use Meridian without an account. To make one, you need to be at least 13, or the age your country requires to agree to this yourself.

Your account

What you add

Boards, names, places and anything else you add stay yours. You let us store and show them as needed to run Meridian, including to anyone you share a link with. Only add other people’s details if they’re happy for you to, and share links only with the people they’re meant for.

Fair use

Don’t misuse Meridian: don’t try to break or overload it, get around its limits or security, copy it in bulk, or use it to send spam or for anything unlawful.

Meridian Clock Pro

Times, sunsets and forecasts

Meridian works out times, daylight, sunsets, scores and forecasts from public data, such as time zone rules and weather forecasts, that can be wrong or change. Treat them as a guide, and check anything important for yourself.

Changes

We may change, add or remove parts of Meridian, and update these terms. If we make a significant change to the terms, we’ll let people with an account know before it takes effect. Using Meridian after a change means you accept the new terms.

Warranties and liability

As far as the law allows, Meridian is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and Meridian Clock isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$10. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that can’t be excluded.

Ending

You can stop using Meridian and delete your account at any time. We may stop offering Meridian or part of it; if we end Pro before the end of a year you’ve paid for, we’ll refund the unused part.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes go to the courts in California. If you live somewhere whose consumer law protects you more, that protection still applies, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
